• Can I choose the selections I want in my machine?

Absolutely! We want you to be happy with the products and services that we provide – and that includes your choice of snacks and beverages.

• Can I have healthy selections in my snack machine?

Yes, we carry a wide range of selections that are low in sugar, fat, and carbs. Most of the selections carried have zero trans fats.

• Do you require a contract?

In general contracts are not necessary. We believe that our exemplary customer service will speak for itself.

• If your machine is not working properly, how soon will you have it fixed?

We will send someone to your location within 24 hours. Our experienced operators can handle most on-site repairs. On occasion, a vending mechanic may be called in to make the necessary repair.

• If my employees lose money in your machine, how do they obtain a refund?

There are several options to choose from:

1. Ask our service operator for a cash refund
2. Go to a pre-determined designated person in your office who will have a petty cash refund box
3. Or, they may call the telephone number located on the machine to request a refund be mailed to them.

• Do you provide new vending machines?

All of our vending machines are either new or like new. All Avalon Vending’s machines are clean, bright and modern. They have twenty-first century styling and are in good working condition.
